The undersigned does hereby release, and forever discharge, and hold harmless, The Hummingbird Festival, its employees, and the Town of Woodford and Officers, from any and all manner of actions, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to the person or property of the undersigned while in possession or under the supervision of The Hummingbird Festival. During the festival, the undersigned hereby consents to the enforcement of all rules and policies of this event.
